    MyMarketShares.com (MMS) reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions under which the services are offered. You are responsible for regularly reviewing this section. If you have any inquiries or issues regarding our website, our services or these Terms and Conditions, please do not hesitate to contact our support team.

Services offered by MMS:

    MMS is a "paid to surf" traffic exchange. This means that we offer our members the ability to visit websites submitted by other members in order to earn credits to have their website seen by others. This is why it is called an exchange. MMS offers our members the ability to purchase credits in addition to viewing sites, this is so that members can increase their website traffic and visibility.
    MMS, does not require its members to upgrade membership or purchase credits to use our site.
    MMS is a service provided to you "as is" and without guarantee. Any credits free or purchased are non refundable. MMS cannot be held responsible for credits incorrectly used.


Anti-Spam Policy

    You agree to maintain a valid email address and your account is only activated once you have verified your email address by clicking a link in an email sent to you. By doing so you are bound to accept email from MMS which will include system messages and marketing information. Any user threatening or reporting MMS for sending 'spam' or 'UCE' or Unsolicited Commercial Email is in violation of our anti spam policy and will have their account closed with out any claims to unclaimed earnings and future residual referral commissions.
    As well any member who is found to be sending 'spam' or 'UCE' or Unsolicited Commercial Email will also be subject to account cancellation and loss of any unclaimed and future earnings.


Cancellation

    You agree that MMS, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the Service, and remove and discard any Content within the Service, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if MMS believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the terms of this agreement. MMS may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the Service, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the Service under any provision of this agreement may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that MMS may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account and/or bar any further access to such files or the Service. Further, you agree that MMS shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Service.


WebSite Submissions

    While MMS may take measures to prevent offensive information, the user acknowledges that any content found on our servers may not be controlled by MMS, and MMS can not be held accountable for it. However, the user agrees not to use MMS to promote or advertise any of the following material. Pornographic, Links or banners to pornography, Adult Content, Explicit, Racial, Hate, Illegal, SPAM, Auto-Surf Software, or any other material that may be offensive or unethical. Members also agree not to submit or Promote sites that break out of the surf frame or that in any other way causes interruption to the surf bar. Sites with sound and voice are permitted, however if we receive complaints MMS reserves the right to ask to the removal or change of site in rotation. Any language other than English as the predominant language (minor use of a foreign language is permitted but should not represent more than 10% of the total page) are not permitted. 


Earning Rebates, and commissions

    Earning Rebates for advertising is an extra benefit of the program and can be discontinued at any time with out cause. Rebate earning is a shared revenue and an incentive for members to use our traffic exchange. This rebate earnings are not guaranteed.
    Referral commissions are given as a reward for selling. Referral commissions are always guaranteed. Referral commissions are awarded as a 15% based on all sales made by a member you directly referred. You will also be paid 15% referral commissions on all repurchased advertisings that is made from members rebate earnings.
    Once a rebate earning is credited to your account that money is guaranteed provided that there is no outside influence to hinder payment. In worst case scenario you agree that any earnings can be used for additional advertising. You also agree that MMS cannot be held accountable for any loss of earnings due to lack of member participation. Such said you also agree that should there be any dispute that you make all efforts to discuss with MMS staff in private or public forums prior to seeking assistance from any outside party such as payment processors.
    Earnings rebates when awarded are done weekly on Sundays and will be at a max of 20% of members advertising packages of which will never exceed 200%. Members also agree that MMS will automatically use any earnings from rebates that are not requested to be transfered by members to purchase additional advertising that will be used in the current programs by the member.


Refunds

    MMS does not issues refunds. All sales are of a digital nature and delivered electronically. By advertising with and using MMS services you agree that MMS is not accountable for any specific or hyped results of advertising.


Payment Processors

    MMS only accepts and pays to the processor used by its members for purchases. Additionally MMS will only pay referral commissions to the processor of which the referred member used. MMS only accepts AlertPay, Solid Trust Pay, StrictPay, Liberty Reserve and Perfect Money.
